I can really relate to all the comments! I opened a mental health practice and while we're growing, my stress level is always high. I have many hats to wear: HR, payroll, administrative duties, billing, etc. Not to mention having a caseload.
No one understands what I deal with. I have six therapists who work for me, but they don't have to deal with the day-to-day that I deal with.
I'm in debt, my responsibilities are personal and business, so it's double the headache.
I'm a therapist who has a therapist, because I have to have somewhere for my problems to be heard.
I've made a few mistakes, but I feel like I'm getting there. It's good to have people who relate to what I'm going through.
