It's weird that you wouldn't. Most performance measuring techniques like the Balanced Scorecard (which will show results for performance vs Clients, Systems, Processes… Sales, Finance, and Peer Relationships and even Leadership) are focused on results, not attendance. Yes, showing up is important, but results are even more so.
