I work with leaders. I can rehabilitate your problem employee (before you have to fire him). I have designed multiple academic programs in Leadership. I can direct you to the resources you need quickly, and I can help you become the kind of leader you would want to follow.

It really depends on what your goals are. I designed a Masters in Org. Leadership (which is mostly soft skills); I would have to know what you want to develop and then I can point you the right direction. That would be easy for me and I could do it quickly, but I can't point you to generic soft skills. It is like saying what is the best tasting ice cream without knowing what you like. It sounds like you are looking to improve, but targeting is going to be critical.Otherwise you will waste a lot of time.

Labas! Hey, I taught at LCC international University for a few years. I can connect you to some folks at the school. Your best bet is likely a joint-venture with folks who know the lay of the land. For example, if your idea was to import blue jeans, you could get them cheap at thrift stores in the US and ship to Klaipeda, but you would want to know from locals if the mark up is enough to justify it.

It is a valid question. This is what LinkedIn does. Perhaps find a place where LinkedIn does not operate or borrow much of the model and add your own spin based on a particular subgroup (e.g. dating sites --> J-date for Jewish people).

I think a big part (perhaps the biggest part) is adjusting to the new normal. When you recognize that things have changed, you are better able to adapt to what comes next. I talked about this on my podcast here in June: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMWCwJvVwG4 and here in October: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AMT1FeURFk
