Money and opportunities will go through your agency to your artists. As far as the artist boost and artist will feel that your agency is giving value to them in between opportunities if they are promoted. Cross promotion is helpful but, the agency traffic should be the first focus so that there is business opportunities for your artist and they want to stay with you.
