Professional Journey & Leadership at Wisdom + Group (W + G)

I have always believed that true leadership is about ideas, impact, & execution—not personal branding. A business idea & its implementation should serve the growth & success of the business itself, not just elevate the individual behind it. Focus has always been on building sustainable solutions that create real value for individuals, businesses, society,...

Key Highlights:
✅ Optimized operations through strategic reengineering.
✅ Built a strong team, partnering with professionals & businesses.

Business Development Manager, Hindustan Instruments

Played a key role in expanding HI’s presence in the electronic & electrical components sector, catering to companies & government departments.
✔ Strengthened key relationships.
✔ Specialized in large-scale procurement & tenders.

Manager, Computer Components

Helped in keeping up with the latest developments in the industry.
✔ Established a foothold in the IT sector.

Early Career & Expansion

Started as a intern at Hindustan Group in 1986, gaining hands-on business experience. Over time, the group expanded into film exports, renewable energy, & the minerals industry. Each of these ventures contributed to my understanding of business growth & development. Reengineered the group during challenging times, transforming its structure & strategy, while renaming it as Wisdom + Group (W + G) to align with its renewed vision & direction.

Philosophy & Future Vision

Leadership, for me, is about empowering teams, fostering innovation, & creating win-win solutions. I believe that business is not just about profits—it’s about impact, & long-term sustainability. At W + G, we continue to evolve, embrace new opportunities, & partner with like-minded professionals.

Your idea is just the beginning—the real challenge is execution. An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) isn’t just about building something; it’s about testing, learning, and iterating fast. Here’s what I’d recommend: If tech isn’t your strength, a freelancer can help build your MVP. But a co-founder brings long-term commitment & shared vision. Choose wisely. Find a mentor – Learning from someone who has been there can save you years of trial and error. Seek guidance but stay decisive. Lastly i would like to state that Speed + Execution = Impact – Build, test, fail fast, and improve. The world rewards those who take action. Contact me if you need support
