Captain David Gallimore, M.Ed. is a disruptive business and technology leader and regenerative leadership coach focused on transforming the way executives and organizations create sustainable value today and for all generations. As the founder and CEO of Regenerative World Group, David is known for his pragmatic and collaborative approach to solving big challenges. As a leadership coach and management consultant, he integrates high-performance coaching with business strategy, innovation, agility, critical thinking, sales and marketing, and regenerative leadership and business principles and tools, empowering leaders to thrive at the intersection of people, planet, and profit.


David loves creating community on the water. He is a sailing explorer, instructor, and USCG-licensed maritime captain with over 62,000 nautical miles and five ocean adventures. Being the captain of his ship...and of his life, has shaped his unique perspective on resilience, adaptability, and teamwork. Through his holistic coaching methodology, David helps purpose-driven leaders scale their organizations...faster! When he’s not teaching or coaching on the water, he lives in the Seattle area with his wife, Margaret, and their Siberian Husky, Asha.
