I'm a technical founder, software engineer, artist, 2D/3D animator, keynote speaker, author, and PhD student at University of Victoria. My research is in developing a theory of momentum in software development, and how we can measuring the experience of "friction" and "flow". I wrote a book called "Idea Flow" (leanpub.com/ideaflow) focused on this paradigm shift, and how we can get insights using empirical data about what specific improvements to make. We are developing tools to empower software engineers, and on a mission to bring back joy to our everyday work.
