Jamie has worked in a variety of technical and leadership roles in the chemicals and materials industries over the last 20 years. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on biological sciences. Her passion is in bringing out the best in people and organizations to improve morale, increase retention, and maximize performance. As a former pageant coach, Jamie thrives in challenging environments and takes an individualistic approach to analyzing and maximizing human potential. She is a mom and wife and is based in the Philadelphia suburbs.
