Hi Mark. I am in the development stage of the website which will rely on subscribers for revenue. It's set to launch mid September. Just my own story on your topic is that I was considering it, and actually started going down that path, but realized that the process and framework to make pre-launch subscription sales was way more involved than I had hoped. If we had started looking at it earlier than May or June then it might have become more feasible to do the planning and getting everything needed in place to successfully pull it off starting 2-3 months out from the launch date. Just my 2 cents.
