About the Role

Raze is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our tokenized issuance platform for real-world assets (RWAs). You will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our product suite, driving innovation in tokenization, blockchain integration, and financial technology. The role will lead the development of the Raze platform and ecosystem, coordinate, manage, and prioritize the product development based on the vision and roadmap developed with executive management.

What You Will Do

• Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive product strategy aimed at scaling the Raze platform to a broad user base, enhancing tokenization and asset management capabilities.

• Manage Product Roadmap: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, leveraging Agile methodologies, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing market needs and internal priorities. maintaining a clear and adaptable roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs including. Drive user-centric design by gathering and analyzing feedback, ensuring the product meets the needs of a diverse customer base, including institutional investors, companies, and individual users.

• Documentation: Writing product requirement documents (PRDs), in partnership with resources already in place at Raze, that encapsulate product objectives and key requirements to communicate what capabilities must be included in a product release for the development and testing teams.

• Coordinate Product Launches: Lead the efforts for launching new product features, including planning, execution, and collaboration with marketing teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.

• Engage with the Ecosystem: Build strong relationships with external partners and ecosystem stakeholders to support the platform's growth and identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• Product Management Experience: At least 5-10+ years of product management experience or similar in fintech and/or blockchain, bonus - legal aspects of fintech and digital asset regulation.

• Understanding of Blockchain and Tokenization: Proficiency in blockchain technologies, particularly in the context of tokenization and digital asset management

• Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership qualities to guide teams in a dynamic, remote work environment, coupled with excellent communication skills to articulate vision

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of a growing fintech startup, bringing a proactive and hands-on approach to product management.
