How do Founders handle startup delays?

Waiting in a startup can feel like torture, right? You land a few early wins, and then suddenly... crickets. The momentum slows, and now you're stuck in what feels like an endless waiting room.

But is it really just waiting? Not at all.

During this so-called downtime, the most important work is happening behind the scenes. You're refining, adjusting, and preparing for the next move—even if it doesn’t feel like it. This is where growth happens.

What do we do in the meantime? We keep working. Keep building. Keep refining. The next big break might be closer than you think. The only real failure? Stopping before it happens.
