I am building the foundation for my first fund raise and was looking at the investor data room template in Notion. I am wondering if Startups.com has a template or best practices to follow when creating, updating, or sharing access to the Investor Data Room. Google Drive or Docs will also work, but I would love to get some insight and feedback before I jump right in.
