Question

When is too early to contact a large B2B customer opportunity?

My team is building an app that could potentially be a great benefit to several large companies on several levels. We have a demo but not an actual live working product. Is it too early to approach those companies?

Not at all. You just want to be upfront about the status of your demo. I often invite decision-makers to listen to the problem, discuss the potential solution, and contribute feedback. Not everybody will go for it, but you can quickly find advocates inside the company who are willing to be "early adopters."
