I just privately launched www.chaara.org (for-profit) a few days ago. All donations get processed through Chaara Fund Foundation (not-for-profit), a separate entity, however chaara.org is for-profit company. I want to be transparent to users and limit confusion.

You should make the name that the donor sees on their credit card match the brand name as close as possible. Structurally though, your npo should be collecting the money directly.
