I create mobile apps as a freelancer abroad, how to go from freelancing to a full-blown company with clients and employees when I will come back home? What are the strategies and tactics to use in order to work on the business, and not in the business, which means more work, hire peoples etc. ?

Establish your brand, team, and processes. There are plenty of dev shops out there so you have plenty of examples to follow. For example Thoughtbot has an open source playbook you can use to build your own company.

What you need to do is create a marketing strategy. If you need help, please reach out. A marketing strategy will be the foundation with how you take your business from one person to many, with revenue to support it. If you don't know marketing well, outsource it to a pro, it's not something you want to create on our own if you haven't done it many times before.
