Is there software that can locate specific services via Google and create a spread sheet? Or should I have it done manually?

This is for an App for people in need of services like "Food Banks", "Free Clothing", Shelter. All other Apps only list What service a Non profit is listed for. Such as a Church would only be listed as a church when they provide many other services.

If you can find what you're looking for by using a Google API service, then the answer is yes.

If you must scrape Google search results, Google is smarter than you or any developer, so will eventually figure out you're scrapping their data + completely block your IP.

https://commoncrawl.org - provides an alternative, as they provide a massive corpus of crawled content from millions of sites... so... if there's no Google API which can provide you the data you're after, consider using the Common Crawl datasets.

Google Sheets can automatically import data from other websites, and it also includes a form tool, Google Forms, to gather data and save it directly to your spreadsheet. Now, let us try it out by setting up a form to collect lead information from prospective clients. When people click on your link, they can fill out your questions, and the data will be saved to your spreadsheet automatically. First, you will want to add a form to your spreadsheet as a simple way to gather data.
